I went snooping in my brother‘s room, tripped and fell in his mess, and now I‘m trapped in Roblox.
My name is Jed, I‘m 10-years-old, and the ONLY thing I want to do is figure out why Thomas (my older brother) is acting so weird. I figured I‘d check out his room while he was sleeping and see what I could find.
I‘m in the game, thrust into a world full of prisoners trying to break free, and pursued by guards who aren‘t acting like this is a game at all. They’re hunting me, and if they catch me, they’ve got plans that don‘t involve me ever going home again.
The sun is setting, night is coming, and I‘m on the run for my life.
I’ve got to get out before night falls, otherwise the portal closes and I‘m trapped, forever.
The adventure starts as soon as you open the book.
When Jed gets a mysterious message in the game, will he go back in to help a friend?
Jed is back home, busted ankle and all, but he has questions about everything that’s happened. Kat has answers, but she won’t give them up unless he agrees to help her out by coming back into a very different game.
Not everyone wants Jed to come back though, especially Dirk. He will do everything in his power to keep Jed out of the game, and if he can’t keep him out, he’ll do everything in his power to make sure Jed stays trapped in the digital world forever.
There is so much more at stake than Jed realizes, and the answers Kat gives him will set him on a path he never expected, as long as he’s brave enough to see it through.
Let’s hope he’s brave enough because if he’s not, our world will never be the same.
The next part of this epic Roblox adventure begins as soon as you open the book.
When Ty jumped through the portal, Jed thought he could do nothing to get him back.
Loyal, brave, and strong, Ty saved Jed’s life by pulling him out of the game once, and Jed will do anything, absolutely anything, to get his best friend back home where he belongs.
Dirk has his own ideas though. He’s got Ty locked up with the rest of the prison dogs behind a chain-link fence, ready to undergo training that will change him forever.
Jed will have to race the clock, break back into the game and rescue Ty.
Can he do it before Dirk erases Ty’s memory and turns him into a snarling, snapping, killing machine?
You are about to find out.
Did you know Kat was friends with Thomas long before she knew about Jed?
When Kat finds out about a beacon in one of the games, she needs Thomas to help her get rid of it. The problem is, Thomas doesn‘t know what he can do, and he doesn’t believe her when she tries to tell him. So, she tricks him, almost burning the game to the ground.
The Company is on to Kat and Thomas, though, and they send Dirk in to make sure the beacon stays where it is. He will do his best to stop them even if it means betraying a friend.
Kat and Thomas need to disguise themselves as guests at a party, slip away, search a mansion, and find the beacon before Dirk does, but it won‘t be easy.
If they fail, the players will remain under the control of The Company, their minds no longer their own.
Let’s hope they succeed.
Christmas is the happiest time of the year, but it turns into a nightmare for Thomas when he realizes someone has taken Jed from his bed and pushed into the game against his will.
Adrian doesn‘t want to put Jed in danger, but he’s determined to save Carina, his twin sister, even if it means using his powers to force the help of a Jumper he’s never met.
This time, the enemy isn’t another Jumper, but the game itself. The kids must figure out a way to get Carina out of the Titanic simulator before the ship sinks.
If they can‘t escape before the inevitable collision, their characters will die in the game, and in real life.
Can they use their abilities to stop the most horrific shipwreck in history, or will mother nature have the last word?
Thomas pulled Jed out of the game, and he‘s now a three-inch-tall plastic toy sitting in Thomas’s hand.
Adrian, Carina, Thomas, and Kat must come together to figure out a way to get Jed back into the game so Adrian can port him out the same way he ported him in, and they’ve got to do it before Jed’s parents realize he’s missing.
The problem is, the game will not reset until they remove the beacon, so if they put Jed back in the game, he will remain stuck in the ship's wreckage, resting at the bottom of an ice-cold ocean, right where he was when Thomas pulled Jed‘s character through the screen.
Can they save Jed and remove the beacon, or will they have to make a choice, one or the other?
Whatever they decide, they’d better do it before their dad gets home from work.
Who took Kat? Where did he take her? What is he doing with her?
Thomas and Jed know they’re up against something more than a sinister plot to manipulate the minds of Roblox players, and once again they enlist the help of Adrian and Carina to dig deeper as they get a desperate message from a friend they haven‘t heard from in quite a while.
Trapped in Bloxburg, Jake cannot leave. Ever since Thomas manipulated the game when Kat was trying to help him learn to use his powers, the world has become stuck, unable to reset. It‘s up to the kids to save him and make things right.
Unless they can find the beacon, battling carnivorous cockroaches along the way, Jake will die, his time already running perilously short.
But, they must save him, because Jake has the answers the other Jumpers so desperately need.
This time, though, they’ll have extra help from a most unexpected source.
Jed is dying, there is only one way he can live.
They were children raised in a laboratory, their memories erased, until now. The Jumpers are not who they think they are, and now it’s time for them to hear the truth. Their parents will share a horrible secret, and the kids will have to decide.
Stay in this world, or go into the game, not just as characters, but as real people.
Thomas, Jed, Adrian, Carina, and even Dirk will face the ultimate test. Walk into their computer screens, become a part of Roblox, go through the worlds and survive until someone can bring them out on the other side, or run, forever.
There is no one else who can stop The Company, but is it too much to ask?
The Jumpers are the only ones who can answer that question.
They‘re not people any longer, they’re pixels, and they’ve got to follow the rules of the game.
The Jumpers have entered Roblox. They will fight their way through the worlds, led by a guide who has secrets of her own.
It will not be easy. The Company has eyes and ears everywhere, and more than enough people willing to do whatever they can to make sure the kids never get the chance to reach their final destination.
If they stay alive long enough, someone will open their devices at The Company and the kids will walk out, back to the place their parents risked everything to get them away from.
If they don‘t survive… the only obstacle in The Company’s way disappears forever.
The countdown begins now.
Jed is awake, alone, cold, confused, and inside the biggest test tube he‘s ever seen.
His friends float in their own tanks, their minds trapped in the game. It’s up to Jed to rescue them, starting with Kat. She is the storyteller, the original Jumper, the one who gained their trust so she could ask them to do the impossible, and Jed wants her out so she can answer his questions.
The Man also wants Kat, but in the game, not out, for she is the Alpha Beacon, the one thing holding it all together.
If she stays, so does his control.
If she leaves, the players' minds are free once again.
The beginning of the end starts now.
