I try really hard not to give in to ALL of the ideas my kids have for the books. They are varied, mostly insane, and sometimes extremely complicated. That said, my oldest has been asking me since the first book came out to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add an Ultimate Reviewer list at the end of the books. Basically, these kids leave reviews and tell me their gamer tag, then I put them on a list at the end of the book. But, it doesn't stop there. Remember I said I "try", but I don't always succeed. Jack (that's my oldest) also wants them to be able to hashtag their favorite Jumper. He's #teamdirk in case you were wondering.

All I can think of is having to keep up with all of these names and hashtags. NOT something I really want to do, so we reached a compromise. I would add the ability to become a TYRANT (he's a genius with the naming things, right?), and HE would compile the list for me each time I release a new book.

In theory, I copy and paste, and hundreds of kids get a SHOUT OUT in the book. He loves it, thinks it's a grand idea, and swears he'll do the work, so, it's a thing now. I'm going back today and editing all of the books so that all of the readers know about the list. And I've gone ahead and added the names that I have compiled so far for each book. Good times!
