Mom truth here. I don't normally do much for Valentines Day for my kids (or my husband). (read more)
They get sweets and junk food on a fairly regular basis. I'm female, so there's ALWAYS chocolate in the house, and chances are, if I buy them giant heart shaped boxes of candy, they're going to plow through it in two hours anyway.
My kids, not my husband. It would take him at least a couple of days.
So mostly, I don't bother with Valentines Day, except with books! I do love buying Valentines Day books. This year, I added to our collection by grabbing a joke book and ANOTHER "Mouse" book, you'll see both on here.
Whether you're a buyer of candy, a giver of hugs, or a mostly forgetful mom, like me, I hope your kids enjoy these Valentines favorites.

ROSES ARE PINK,
THE DON'T LAUGH CHALLENGE

One child reads a joke to the other child, trying to get them to laugh. If the person telling the jokes gets you to laugh, or even smile, they get a point!
The first person to five points wins!

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY, MOUSE!

It was a no brainer to add HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY MOUSE! to our collection!
